| At
a projected cost of approximately $1,000,000, this plaza was specially
designed to accommodate 14 different businesses. The building contains
a total area of 16,800 square feet of interior space. This
pre-engineered metal building structure was designed to aesthetically
blend in with the southwestern motif of Arizona and Bullhead City in
particular. Selberg Associates Inc. played an integral part of both
the design and construction administration aspects of this building.
Sunset Promenade is located near the Wal-Mart Superstore on Highway 95
in Bullhead City. |
